At Moda Minx, we want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please ensure all items are unworn, have their original tags attached, and are in their original packaging to be eligible for processing.

Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Moda Minx tags and hygiene seals remain intact and untampered.
Ship the Parcel
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
